Our client – Nethansa

Nethansa is a company that offers strategic support for sales on eight Amazon’s European markets and on Kaufland.de. Last year, they launched an advanced SaaS type app: the Nethansa Platform. It enables sales automation and helps with efficient management of even thousands of prices, products and orders, as well as with sales forecasting.

Content writing – professional descriptions of digital products

When it comes to software, it’s the features that count. First and foremost, the description of a given tool should be accurate and crystal clear. There’s no room for understatements or omissions – when you cover the main selling points of the product or service offered, it’s worth employing the language of benefits to make customers realise how much they can gain, if they decide to take advantage of your product or service.

That’s the kind of content we prepared for Nethansa and their proprietary SaaS system. The goal of the CFEC experts was to create descriptions for the new webpage of our client. They were meant to present the Nethansa Platform in a favourable light, but without any distortions. In many markets, similar solutions are still treated as a novelty, which deemed it important to prepare materials with high educational value. Writing a text focused on an industry riddled with jargon (with English terms permeating the content in Polish) posed a challenge. Using terminology known to regular attendees of industry business conferences would not work in the case of smaller entrepreneurs making their first steps in the world of e-commerce. While closely collaborating with Nethansa and accepting advice from their experts, we managed to create universal yet substantive service descriptions – straightforward enough to be used by every salesperson.

CFEC strategy

The course of action for our experts in B2B copywriting projects is to:

• Conduct LSO (‘linguistic sign-off’), which means the final quality check, carried out – in this instance – on the published text.
